Your personal data is collected through automated or semi-automated methods when you submit information via our website newsletter subscription form, contact forms, job and internship applications, CVs, email correspondence, or other electronic communication channels.

5. Retention Period

Upon termination of the subscription, opting out, or when processing purposes cease to exist, your data will be erased, destroyed, or anonymized in compliance with the law.

As data subjects, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

Request information if your personal data has been processed,

BV Hukuk ve Danışmanlık will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee set forth in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
7. Retention Periods and Disposal
BV Hukuk ve Danışmanlık retains personal data strictly for the period required by processing purposes and relevant statutory limitation periods; upon expiration of such periods, data is erased, destroyed, or anonymized pursuant to the Law and the Regulation on Erasure, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data.

BV Hukuk ve Danışmanlık takes all necessary technical and administrative measures within the framework of current technological developments to safeguard the confidentiality and security of your personal data, continuously updating its security practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and Board decisions.
9. User Authorization and Responsibilities Regarding Uploaded Content
The user warrants and represents that regarding any content transmitted via the website, web forms, or electronic communication channels:
They possess the requisite legal authority and legitimacy,
For personal data belonging to third parties, relevant data subjects have been duly informed and all necessary legal requirements (including explicit consent) have been satisfied.
Where submitted documents or communications contain special categories of personal data, obtaining lawful grounds and explicit consents for data sharing remains solely the User’s responsibility.
